Unicorn Theatre and Spektrix provide this Refund & Exchange Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding refunds for purchases made through our online ticketing services, including our website located at purchase.unicorntheatre.org and any of its subdomains, and any other services offered by Spektrix. This Refund & Exchange Policy applies only to purchases that you make through the purchase.unicorntheatre.org website and subdomains.

General Policy

It is our general policy not to issue refunds and exchanges for purchases made via purchase.unicorntheatre.org. Ticket Purchasers are encouraged to carefully review the details of their order before proceeding with their purchase. Despite this policy, we may elect to, but do not obligate ourselves to, offer you an opportunity to receive a full or partial refund for your purchase, depending upon your individual circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

All events that are cancelled for any reason will allow the ticket purchasers the opportunity to receive a full refund or exchange the cancelled ticket for another event date. Unicorn Theatre will attempt to contact all ticket holders if they have provided their telephone number or email address whenever a ticketed event/performance has been cancelled to arrange for a refund or exchange. Those patrons that the Theater is unable to reach will be offered a full refund or exchange at the Box Office when they arrive for the performance. They may also call the Unicorn Theatre Box Office at 816-531-7529×10 at any time and request a refund or exchange. All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the date of the cancelled event.

Donation Policy

All donations are fully refundable within 30 days of being made. A request for refund may be made by calling the Unicorn Theatre at 816-531-7529×10.

All recurring donations may have an End Date established at the website at the time of donation or may be cancelled at any time by calling the Unicorn Theatre at 816-531-7529×10.
