Auditions for the 2013-2014 Season

Unicorn Theatre and The Coterie Theatre will hold combined auditions for professional adult actors - Equity and non-Equity - for their respective 2013-2014 seasons.

 

Individual audition slots will be available for May 13, 14, 15, 16. Auditions will take place at the Unicorn Theatre, 3828 Main Street, KCMO  64111.

Auditions are by appointment only. Actors will be asked to perform two contrasting contemporary monologues (no Shakespeare), two minutes each.  No classical material.  Singing auditions will occur only if you are called back.  Actors must bring two head shots and two resumes. 

Starting April 15th, professional adult actors wishing to schedule an individual audition time slot must contact Annette Filippi at (816) 474-4241 at Coterie Theatre.  (Please, no calls before April 15.)

This lyrical, uplifting play touches on redemption and self-discovery - and won the 2012 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. This playwright also wrote the 2008 Tony Award-winning book for the musical In the Heights.
